Based on your building location and soil-test report, we apply the correct level of seismic detailing (ordinary, intermediate or special) so your structure can withstand a magnitude-8 earthquake.

Clear material specifications on the drawings reduce construction errors and improve quality. We guide clients on the right, durable materials and trusted sources.
4. Concrete strength & durability
We provide optimised concrete mix ratios so you can economically achieve 4000–5000 psi using the right amount of good-quality cement — for both strength and durability.
5. Design checked by earthquake specialists
Every design is independently checked by earthquake, geotechnical and structural specialists to confirm it meets BNBC 2020 and is safe against a magnitude-8 earthquake.
6. Soft-story remediation
Open ground-floor parking creates a weak “soft story” that can collapse in an earthquake. We design proper measures per BNBC 2020 to prevent this.
7. Roof heat & damp proofing
Modern heat- and damp-proofing materials keep the top floor cool, dry and attractive for years.
8. MEP design
Our MEP team is led by electrical and mechanical engineers with 20+ years of experience.
9. Top supervision
We do not stop at drawings — we visit site during construction to support quality control (rebar binding, shuttering and slump tests, and more).
